When do the Rounds take place?

The Pediatric Telehealth Rounds take place approximately two to three times a month, on Fridays from noon until 1:00 p.m.  View upcoming events.

How can I join?

Register and view the schedule for upcoming events here!

The following information will be emailed to you once registered.

  • If connecting via OTN videoconferencingProvide your local telemedicine coordinator with the session details and TSM or event #. 

  • If connecting via OTN webcasting: Connect from the comfort of your home or office computer! A few minutes before the event, go to http://webcast.otn.ca.  Under Live Events, select "Private".  Enter the username: PPDev2012 and password: Dev2012 to access this site.
  • If attending in-person: For CHEO staff, physicians and students only. For location, go to CHEOnet > Development & Learning > Rounds Calendar to find the location of this week's Rounds OR sign-up to receive our email notifications.
How do I apply for professional credits or certificates of attendance?

Certificates of attendance are offered to all participants.  CME credits are available to physicians.  Click here for instructions.

Where can I view past events or copies of the PowerPoint slides?

PowerPoint slides and recorded events are posted in our library of past events.  Please allow one week for these to be available. Note that to view recorded events, you will need to enter the username: PPDev2012 and password: Dev2012.

How can I ask a question?

When registering for the session, submit any advance questions you may have. During the session, you will have an opportunity to ask questions as well.  If you are connected through webcast and would like to ask a question, use the Question and Answer function on the webcast screen.  If you are connected by videoconference, please unmute your system and ask your question. 

How can I provide feedback?

Please complete the evaluation, emailed to you after the session. At any time, please feel free to send additional comments and suggestions to pedtelehealthrounds@cheo.on.ca.
