PREFACE:
The Parenteral Manual was prepared by the Department of Pharmacy, under the direction of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. It was developed to provide information for the parenteral administration of medications to pediatric patients.
3rd Edition drug monograhs were prepared and revised by Heather Goodland, pharmacy student, and Meechen Tchen, B.Sc.Phm.
Oncology drug monographs were revised by Ariane Philippe, MSc.Phm.
