Latex Precautions and Intravenous Solutions/Medications
When latex precautions are ordered for a neonate with specific conditions (for example neural tube defect, bladder exstrophy), trace amount of latex found in medications and total parenteral nutrition will be accepted unless otherwise requested by the medical team.
