Indications: 
  • Treatment of hypertension
Administration: 
  • PO
Dosage: 
  • 0.1 - 0.2 mg/kg/day daily or divided Q12H
  • Maximum daily dose: 0.6 mg/kg/day

Reduce initial dose in patients with hepatic impairment. Refer to available references or clinical pharmacist for dosage adjustment

Side Effects: 
  • CVS: hypotension, tachycardia, edema
  • Dermatologic: rash
  • Hepatic: jaundice, liver enzymes elevated
