Indications:
- Treatment of hypertension
Dosage:
- 0.1 - 0.2 mg/kg/day daily or divided Q12H
- Maximum daily dose: 0.6 mg/kg/day
Reduce initial dose in patients with hepatic impairment. Refer to available references or clinical pharmacist for dosage adjustment
Side Effects:
- CVS: hypotension, tachycardia, edema
- Dermatologic: rash
- Hepatic: jaundice, liver enzymes elevated
